CSGO – EG Black & White Losing Players, Dev1ce Back In Astralis

It is confirmed that Nicolai “#dev1ce” Reedtz will return to #Astralis. Astralis is well-known for being one of the world’s best #CSGO teams, and the #DanishTeam boasts some of the top athletes in the world, which helped them win numerous competitions.

Nicolai #dev1ce Reedtz is in a class by himself despite the fact that all of them are exceptional due to his status as one of the finest players in the world.

Meanwhile, after nearly six months as members of EG White and EG Black, Jonathan #djay Dallal and Connor #chop Sullivan have been freed from their agreements with Evil Geniuses.

EG Parting Ways With Players

The two lineups are altered after a period of inconsistent performance. While EG Black has performed poorly in the ESL Challenger League and other domestic North American tournaments, EG White has triumphed at Fragdelphia 17 in September but has struggled in their appearances at international tournaments, including the Pinnacle Cup Championship and ESL Challenger Melbourne.

Before being hired by EG, djay had been a member of the EG White core for for three years, playing with Josh #PwnAlone Pigue and Ben #ben1337 Smith on the bands New England Whalers, High Coast, and Party Astronauts. He was the second-highest rated player on the squad, after PwnAlone, with an average rating of 1.09 when operating under the organization’s auspices.

On EG Black, chop produced comparable results, averaging a 1.08 rating, third-best on the team. The team did not have much success overall though, failing to qualify for ESL Challenger Rotterdam and leaving consecutive ECL seasons in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

Both teams replacements are still being looked into. While EG White recruited the aid of Khizar “Momo” Rehman in CCT North America Series 2, EG Black are now utilizing Wesley #viz Harris as a stand-in for ECL and have apparently practiced with Nouns member Jeorge #jeorgesnorts Endicott.

Dev1ce Finally Back Home

Dev1ce will return to his squad and compete in the next CCT North Europe Series 2 playoffs, according to Astralis. The latter will feature many of the top teams in Europe and is set to start on December 4.

In addition to all of the elite teams that spectators will get to see, dev1ce will make the event even more popular. The Danish superstar will be appearing for the first time since he represented Ninjas in Pyjamas at IEM Winter in 2021.

There were rumors that he will join Astralis after this incident. Fans had to wait until October of this year, so it took the team a few months to complete the transfer. Dev1ce was unable to attend the Elisa Masters Espoo, which was devastating news for them. Since Astralis couldn’t rely on him, Kristoffer #Kristou Aamand played for them in the meantime.

The long wait is now over because Astralis will be fielding the living great in the forthcoming event. There will be OG among the many notable players in this $50,000 prize pool competition.

The playoffs will take place from December 2–7, but the group stage has already started. Astralis is obviously the clear favorite due to dev1ce, but it will be intriguing to see if the team can live up to the hype.
