Rocket League – Ninjas in Pyjamas Joining The Pro Scene

Ninjas in Pyjamas have confirmed earlier rumors by making their long-awaited arrival into the Rocket League esports official.

The former The Club teammates Luiz Fellipe #Aztromick Lopes Gomes and Bernardo #Bemmz Siqueira Marta have joined the Swedish organization to compete in the South American region. They will play alongside Caio #CaioTG1 Testi Vinicius, who transfers over from North America after leaving FURIA Esports.

Gabriel #Lostt Buzon, who is following the same route in the opposite direction and joining FURIA’s Yan #yanxnz Xisto Nolasco and Gabriel #caard Vieira Cardoso, is another element of Caio’s transfer. It will be Pedro #fAsi Henrique Rodrigues who serves as the coach.

The Build Up

Over the past few years, there have been various rumors that Ninjas in Pyjamas was close to launching a Rocket League section. Now, they have actually taken the plunge. The Swedish company, which was established in 2000, is a recognizable name in esports, particularly in the Counter-Strike community where it has fielded gaming legends like Christopher #GeT RiGhT Alesund and Patrik #f0rest Lindberg.

It has also fielded rosters in other well-known esports, such as Dota 2, VALORANT, and League of Legends. Rocket League will be able to expand its list of elite esports organizations with this acquisition.

After FURIA was eliminated from the last Fall Regional, news that CaioTG1 had been fired started to circulate. The Brazilian superteam had struggled to build on their remarkable successes at the conclusion of the previous season, which concluded in a third or fourth-place finish at the 2021–22 World Championship thanks to a thrilling victory over Moist Esports, the tournament favorites.

The final online competition of the Split saw fellow South Americans Complexity Gaming reverse sweep FURIA, who had managed to advance to the quarterfinals of the first and second Fall Regionals. This meant that FURIA would not be competing in the Rotterdam Fall Major. Caio took part in a number of tryouts in other parts of North America, but he was unable to locate a new home and eventually left for South America.

The veteran’s return home had an impact on the South American roster shuffle because Aztromick and Bemmz decided against joining KRÜ Esports in order to play alongside the veteran. In order to keep third position in the South American RLCS rankings, Arthur #drufinho Langsch Miguel of KRÜ was compelled to reintegrate Guilherme #droppz Siqueira.

The Final Touch

Pedro #brad Lima from EndGame was later added to the group’s roster to complete it. Aztromick and Bemmz dominated the region during the Fall Split, winning all three Regionals and even executing a faultless second Regional, going 21-0 in games, with the help of great player Lostt.

However, the team only holds a six-point lead over the competition at the top of the table following an early withdrawal from the Fall Major in positions 12th–14th and a strong performance by competitor Team Secret.

With CaioTG1’s expertise, the lineup should be more stable under pressure, especially in a LAN environment. South America’s top team is poised to grow even more dangerous on the global scene with the backing of one of the oldest organizations in all of esports.
