Riccardo “#Reynor” Romiti is an Italian StarCraft II player who has made quite a name for himself in the competitive scene. He is widely regarded as one of the best #Zerg players in the world, and has won numerous tournaments and accolades.
Reynor first burst onto the scene in 2018, when he was just 16 years old. He quickly made a name for himself by performing well in online tournaments, and it wasn’t long before he started making waves in the offline scene as well.
In 2019, Reynor had a breakout year. He won the WCS Winter Europe tournament, defeating some of the best players in the region. He followed that up with a win at the WCS Summer Europe tournament, cementing his status as one of the best players in the world.

Reynor’s success in 2020 earned him a spot in the WCS Global Finals, the premier StarCraft II tournament of the year. He once again made it to the grand finals, but fell just short of the championship, losing to South Korean player Kim “Trap” Seung-ju.
Despite the disappointment of his loss in the WCS Global Finals, Reynor continued to dominate in 2021. He won the IEM Katowice 2021 tournament, becoming the first player to win the event in back-to-back years since South Korean player Lee “Life” Seung Hyun did it in 2014 and 2015.
Reynor’s success in 2021 earned him a spot in the GSL vs. The World tournament, a global StarCraft II event featuring some of the best players from around the world. He once again made it to the grand finals, but fell just short, losing to South Korean player Kim “Stats” Dae Yeob.
Even falling short in the GSL vs. The World tournament, Reynor continued to perform well throughout the year. He won the 2021 edition of the European Masters tournament, and also had strong showings in several other tournaments.
As we move into 2022, Reynor remains one of the top players in the world. He is currently ranked #1 in the WCS Circuit standings, and is widely regarded as one of the favorites to win the WCS Global Finals.
